The Vale Sunday Carvery
Everything is homemade — from the soup, to the fish pie, to the toffee cream in the profiteroles. If you haven’t tried it yet, now is the time!

Xmas Party Menu
Get together for a festive meal with family, friends or colleagues.
Starters — spiced parsnip soup; fresh fruit or meat platter; smoked salmon, king prawn & crab terrine; crispy glazed chicken with honey mustard compote; goat’s cheese & red onion tartlet.
Mains — roast topside beef or roast turkey crown with all the trimmings; seared seabass fillet; slow cooked lamb shank; baked Brie & broccoli tian.
Desserts — Christmas pudding with brandy sauce; Baileys cheesecake; trio of desserts; winter berry crème brûlée; cheese board. To finish — mince pies.
